Inconel 625
Inconel 625 Fasteners
Nickel-alloy fasteners for corrosion and elevated-temperature project requirements.
Manufacturer & Exporter from Mumbai, India
Unifit Fastener manufactures and exports industrial bolts, nuts, stud bolts and washers for oil & gas, petrochemical, marine, power and process projects. Our supply range covers stainless steel fasteners, duplex steel fasteners, super duplex fasteners, Inconel fasteners and other corrosion-resistant or high-strength grades for project and maintenance requirements.
For pressure and temperature-critical bolting, buyers can move directly into our ASTM A193 fastener specifications and ASTM A194 nut grades. Standard and drawing-based requirements can be quoted with material traceability and EN 10204 3.1 documentation where applicable.

Many project enquiries do not fit a standard catalogue item. Unifit supports standard and drawing-based fastener requirements across material, thread, dimension, finish and documentation specifications.
Buyers can start with our industrial fastener range for standard products or send a drawing for non-standard dimensions, special threads and project-specific configurations. For high-strength requirements, see high tensile fasteners. For corrosion-protection requirements, compare Xylan coated fasteners and PTFE / Teflon coated fasteners.
We stock and manufacture in Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, Titanium, and Alloy 20 – materials most fastener suppliers cannot source. Custom grades available.
ISO 9001:2015 Certified. Every batch tested. Mill test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) provided with every shipment.
Non-standard sizes from M2 to M160, custom thread forms, special head configurations, and OEM specifications manufactured to drawing.
Large inventory in Mumbai with 24–48 hour dispatch for standard items. Door-to-door delivery and export handling to 40+ countries.
We manufacture a comprehensive range of industrial fasteners for critical applications in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, marine, and construction industries. All products conform to ASTM, ASME, DIN, ISO, and BS standards.
For oil & gas, EPC, process plant, marine and industrial maintenance enquiries, buyers usually specify by material grade or bolting standard rather than by the generic word “fastener”. Start with the grade your project calls for.
Inconel 625
Nickel-alloy fasteners for corrosion and elevated-temperature project requirements.
Select fasteners by service environment as well as by product type. Unifit supplies stainless steel fasteners for general corrosion-resistant service; duplex steel fasteners and super duplex fasteners for higher-strength chloride environments; and Inconel, Monel 400, Hastelloy and nickel-alloy fasteners for specialised process, marine and elevated-temperature applications.
For high-strength carbon/alloy-steel requirements, compare alloy steel fasteners and high tensile fasteners.
Industrial projects often specify the material through a standard rather than a generic alloy name. Use the ASTM A193 fastener hub for high-temperature/high-pressure bolting grades, ASTM A194 for matching nut grades and ASTM A320 for low-temperature bolting requirements. Dimensional and product requirements may also reference DIN fasteners and related ISO/ASME specifications.

ASTM A193 hubFor oil & gas and refinery projects, start with ASTM A193 bolting. For marine and offshore environments, compare duplex steel and super duplex fasteners. For aggressive chemical service, review Hastelloy fasteners and Inconel fasteners.
Where process chemistry drives material selection – from SS 316 to Hastelloy and nickel alloys for aggressive media.
Fasteners selected for seawater and chloride exposure in duplex, super duplex, Monel and Inconel.
Elevated-temperature bolting for turbines, boilers and pressure parts – ASTM A193 B16, alloy and high-tensile steels and heat-resistant alloys.
Bolts, nuts and washers for project packages, plus custom drawing-based fasteners for non-standard requirements.
For project fasteners, quality evidence is as important as the product description. These are the checks and documents Unifit can provide at quotation and dispatch stage.

Unifit Fastener holds ISO 9001:2015 certification. Orders are processed, inspected and dispatched under a documented quality management system with heat/lot traceability.
When a standard catalogue part does not match the assembly, send the latest drawing with material, grade, dimensions, thread and quantity. Unifit can review the requirement against its industrial fastener capability. For surface-protection requirements, see Xylan coated fasteners and PTFE / Teflon coated fasteners.
Unifit supports project, maintenance and distribution enquiries for industrial fasteners across India and export markets.
Middle East project enquiries often involve ASTM A193 bolting, duplex / super duplex fasteners and corrosion-resistant nickel alloys. USA and international buyers can browse industrial bolts, nuts, stud bolts and material-specific grade pages before sending an RFQ.
