Nickel 200 and Nickel 201 round bars have also been characterised by their good formability and can be easily shaped to other profiles. Flexible shapes are available in common shapes: round, square, hexagonal and rectangular bars, which suit the machining and fabrication requirements. These bars are subjected to rigorous tests in order to maintain a consistent quality, such as tensile strength, yield strength, measuring elongation, and examining hardness.

Besides mechanical testing, a full chemical examination is done to ascertain the material composition and adherence to the industry standard. Nickel Alloy Round Bar is a solid, cylindrically shaped metal rod that is composed of combinations of nickel and other elements (such as chromium, molybdenum, and copper) to form greater strength, toughness, and resistance to heat, corrosion, and oxidation, manifested as superior strength, toughness, and resistance to heat, corrosion, and oxidation compared to the normal metals, thus being essential in aerospace, chemical, marine, and industrial applications where they are unable to resist. These all-purpose bars are cut into different components of high-performance equipment.
