Being one of the major Inconel Fasteners Manufacturers in India, Unifit Fasteners has specialized in manufacturing high-performance fasteners that are used in extreme operating conditions. Inconel alloys find extensive application in high-temperature fasteners because they possess high strength, resistance to oxidation, and the ability to resist corrosion in strenuous applications. These features render them suitable for the critical applications in the aerospace, petrochemical, and oil and gas industries.
Unifit Fastener has been known as a trusted Inconel fasteners manufacturer in Mumbai, and they offer a full variety of Inconel fasteners such as Inconel hex bolts, Inconel socket head cap screws, Inconel 718 stud bolts and UNS N06625 bolts. We are also a reliable supplier of Inconel 600 bolts and Inconel nuts manufacturer, which are made to match international standards, like ASTM B166 fasteners. The nickel alloy bolts in India have been designed to be used in hot and corrosive conditions, where they have long life.
Request QuoteInconel fasteners are made up of Inconel, which is a nickel-chromium superalloy that is exceptional when it comes to operation under extreme circumstances. These fasteners have great high-temperature strength, and thus they are able to retain the mechanical properties whilst being subjected to intense heat and pressure. They also offer better oxidation and corrosion resistance and hence they can be used in very harsh chemical and marine conditions.
Due to these properties, Inconel fasteners are extensively applied in aerospace, petrochemical, oil and gas, as well as power generation applications where standard fasteners can not be used. Inconel fasteners at different grades have a range of temperature limits between approximately 600 °C and more than 1000 °C, and can remain reliable in harsh, high-stress conditions over time.

Where high temperature properties are required, which are above 600 °C, then in those environments Inconel fasteners are used rather than stainless steel. Although stainless steel is excellent for general purposes, it is more likely to lose its strength when it is exposed to high temperatures. About oxidation resistance, Inconel is superior, and it does not lose mechanical integrity in extremely hot conditions. Stainless steel fasteners, however, are less expensive and hence can be used in less demanding applications. In the case of the normal industrial requirements, you can check Stainless Steel Fasteners.
Hastelloy fasteners are more suitable when working under conditions of high acids and other chemical conditions, particularly when resistance to acids is imperative. On the other hand, Inconel fasteners are highly temperature oxidation-resistant and stable. The decision is made between chemical resistance and high-temperature performance in the application. Hastelloy Fasteners may be recommended in the case of acid-related applications.
Monel is widely used in seawater and marine components and is effective under low to moderate temperatures. When high temperature strength and oxidation resistance are needed, then Inconel fasteners are the most suitable choice. In saltwater usage with reduced exposure to heat, the Monel Fasteners are commonly used.
