Inconel x750 Fasteners

Inconel X750 fasteners are precision engineered joining components that are precision made from a precipitation hardened nickel-chromium superalloy (UNS N07750 / WNR 2.4669) that has an outstanding balance of tensile strength, oxidation resistance and creep resistance to 816°C (1,500°F). Inconel X750 bolts, nuts, screws and threaded rods do not lose their mechanical integrity or clamping force at elevated temperatures and will not lose clamping force when subjected to extreme thermal cycling and harsh corrosive environments — ideal for use in the aerospace, nuclear energy, marine and petrochemical sectors.

Unifit Fastener is the trusted manufacturer, stockist and global exporter of ASTM B637 Inconel X750 fasteners in metric size from M1.2 to M160 and imperial size from 3/16" to 2". All products are accompanied with EN 10204 3.1 material test certificates, and are completely traceable from raw material to the finished fastener. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ Schema-Ready)

Inconel X-750 is primarily used in high-temperature and high-stress applications where excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength are required. Common applications include aerospace components, gas turbine engines, nuclear reactors, heat-treatment equipment, and industrial fasteners.

Inconel X-750 is designated as UNS N07750 and Werkstoff Nr. 2.4669. It is manufactured to standards such as ASTM B166 and ASME SB166 and is also known by trade names including Pyromet® X-750 and Nickelvac® X-750.

The main difference is that Inconel X-750 is a precipitation-hardened alloy, offering significantly higher tensile strength and creep resistance than Inconel 600. While Inconel 600 is valued for corrosion and oxidation resistance, X-750 is preferred for demanding high-temperature structural applications.

Inconel X-750 is generally considered non-magnetic in its annealed condition due to its nickel-rich composition. However, slight magnetic permeability may develop after cold working or certain heat-treatment processes.
