What Are Incoloy 800, 800H & 800HT Alloys?
Incoloy 800 (UNS N08800) is a solid solution nickel-iron-chromium alloy that is highly resistant to oxidation, carburization and sulfidation at high temperatures. The 800H (UNS N08810) variant has a controlled higher carbon content (0.05-0.10%) and an annealed grain size for superior creep and stress rupture properties above 600°C, while Incoloy 800HT (UNS N08811) further controls the amount of aluminium (0.15-0.60%) and titanium (0.15-0.60%) additions to maximize long-term structural stability in continuous high-temperature service up to 1100°C.
